| All maximal subgroups in PSp(2n,F) which contain long root subgroups have been determined in [1] for F≠F2 and will be determined here for F = F2. Other than the three types of reducible or imprimitive maximal subgroups listed in[l], we have here the orthogonal groups O(2n,F2,Q) and the symmetric groups S2n+2 (n even and ≥4) to complete our list. |
