      In this paper, we discussed the oscillatory comparision theorems of solutions for the nonlinear vector FDE.(?) where A_k are n×n matrics and x(t)∈Rⁿ, G_k∈Rⁿ. Some oscillation theorems were given and results in paper [1-5] were generalized.
