      In this paper, we extend Posner's theorem and the nilpotency of a derivation to a prime Γ-ring. Our main result is the following theorem; Let R be a prime Γ- ring with two derivations d, f, char R≠2. If df is a derivation too, then either d = 0 or f= 0.
