      From the relations between tensor spaces of different orders, we obtain a sufficient condition and a necessary condition for the smallest length of the tensor by parti-tioning the tensor space moreover. Bounds for the smllest length of the tensor are given as:n^[m/2]≤K_max≤n^m-1.
