      We introduce some new congruences on a metaorthodox semigroup and discuss their relationship. By use of the concept of hyper-trace and kernel we also discuss the relations between any congruence and special congruence on S. Moreover, it describes the max-imum idempotent-separating congruence on S, and gets a few conditions of equivalence that S/μ≌ E.
