Abstract: |
Let X, Z be normed spaces and Ω a bounded open set in X. Suppose that I:Ω→Z is a fixed continuous bounded mapping. We discuss the properties essential and nonessential of f(x) = I(x) - F(x), see [1] p.245, where F:?Ω→Z continuous and compact. |
