| In this paper, we prove the dual Toeplitz algebra $\mathcal{I}$ $(C(\overline{D^{n}}))$ contains the ideal $\mathcal{K}$ of compact operators as its semicommutator ideal, and study its algebraic structure. We also get some results about spectrum of dual Toeplitz operators. |
