Abstract: |
Every mathematical concept X considered as an abstract thing can be precisely reached through a whole process of abstraction involving a number of steps. The maximal number of steps involved may be defined to be the abstraction degree deg (X) for x. Various abstract things belonging to a branch of mathematics generally form a poset (M, (?)) which can be described by a multiple directed graph. Thus both the graph theory and the theory of posets apply to our abstraction degree analysis (ADA). |
