Abstract:
      We discuss an extended class of the Semilocal rings which are called G-semilocal rings.For any G-semilocal ring R,the homological dimension of R ha.s beenderived by using the residue classes modulo Soc(ＲR) and J(R)∩Soc(ＲR) respectively.
