A Note on Buchsbaum Rings

Abstract:

      In this paper we obtain the following result: Let A be a Buchsbaum ring of dim A = d and (a₁, a₂,…, a_d) be a parameter of system for A, then A/(a₁,…, a_k)ⁿ is also a Buchsbaum ring of dimension (d - k), where １≤ｋ≤ｄ and n is a positive integer.
