Using 2×2 Alternate Matrices Over Z/PmZ to Construct an Association Scheme with Several Association Classes

Abstract:

      In this paper, we take the set of all 2×2 alternate matrices over finite local ring Z/P^mZ as the set of treatments, obtain an association scheme with m associate classes, and whose parameters are also computed.
