The inverse problems of linear equations is reduced to matrix equation YB=C, where β is a matrix of column full rank. By an elementary operation in inverse problem Ⅱ with the structure of solution of the matrix equation we give a simple proof for a conjecture of inverse problem Ⅲ in [6].
