Abstract:
      The semigroup properties of the second order linear damped elastic system in Hilbert spaces for the damped operator B=B１+iB2 in which D(B１) and D(B2) don't contain each other are discussed, where D(·) is the domain for some operator, i is the imaginary u- nit.
