| Abstract: |
| A notion of the nongraded (super) Virasoro algebras is introduced, and the modules of the intermediate series over the nongraded Virasoro and super-Virasoro algebras are presented, and the modules of the intermediate series over a subalgebra of the non-graded Virasoro algebra (a rank 1 non-graded Witt algebra) are classified. |
