| In this paper, some properties of quasi-type $\delta$ semigroups with an adequate transversal are explored. In particular, abundant semigroups with a cancellative transversal are characterized. Our results generalize and enrich Saito's results on quasi-orthodox semigroups with an inverse transversal. |
